Please verify whether you have coverage with your insurance provider to see a Registered Social Worker with a Master of Social Work prior to beginning with us. Otherwise you are welcome to make direct payments.​
Individuals who demonstrate a financial need can contact us directly to see if they fit the eligibility requirements for a reduced rate.
Children/Adolescents
(under 18)

Therapy will be conducted in the minor's natural environment; ideally in the home-setting if they're under 12.
If may be conducted virtually if they are 12+.
The initial sessions will be focusing on building a relationship with the child/adolescent. This will help the counselor to gather information to create a treatment plan in consideration of the their goals, needs and the caregiver's concerns.

We offer short- and long-term virtual therapy sessions.
The initial sessions will be focusing on what your specifics goals, challenges and needs are. This is an opportunity to co-create the therapeutic plan together.

As a couple what challenges and areas do you want to focus on now and where do you ideally see yourself in the future? Sessions will focus on co-creating a therapeutic plan based on your goals and patterns as a couple, in consideration of your faith and cultural values.
Sessions can provide you with new tools and perspectives to help you to strengthen your relationship with yourself and your partner.
family therapy

As a therapist, I understand that navigating family dynamics can be challenging, especially in cultures where family ties and collective values are deeply ingrained.
However, I offer tailored family therapy that respects cultural values and addresses unique challenges. My ultimate goal is to help families find harmony by improving communication and fostering a supportive environment.

Our sessions will be held in the family's home for ease of comfort for all parties, unless there are other concerns leading us to hold the sessions virtually.
Interested parents or children/youth can take advantage of a free 15 minute virtual consultation.
